HeraCeramPress Gebrauchsanweisung Zweckbestimmung Herstellung von ein- und mehrflächigen Presskeramik-Inlays, -Onlays und -Veneers sowie Voll- und Verblendkronen in der Mal- oder Schichttechnik. Nur zur Anwendung durch zahnärztliches bzw. zahn- technisches Fachpersonal bestimmt. • Maltechnik: Vollanatomische Voll- und Teilkronen, Inlays, Onlays und Veneers. Die endgültige Farb- wirkung wird durch Bemalen mit HeraCeram Stains- und Glaze universal erreicht.
Page 3 • Pressprogramm aktivieren. • Muffel aus dem Vorwärmofen nehmen, wenn im Pressofen die Starttemperatur von 700 °C erreicht ist. • 1 – 2 HeraCeramPress-Pellets im Muffelkanal platzieren. • Pressstempel (Einwegstempel oder Aluminiumoxid-Stempel) einsetzen. • Die so bestückte Muffel unverzüglich in den Pressofen einsetzen und das Pressprogramm starten.

HeraCeramPress Instructions for use Purpose Manufacture of single and multi-surface pressable ceramic inlays, onlays and veneers as well as full and veneered ceramic crowns using the stain or layering technique. • Stain technique: Fully anatomical full and partial crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers. The final effect is achieved by staining with HeraCeram Stains and Glaze universal.
Page 6 • Put mould and aluminium oxide press plunger in the preheating furnace. HeraCeramPress pellets and Heravest disposable press plunger must not be preheated. • Heat the mould (Linear or Speed heating – according to the instructions for use of the investment material) to 850 °C.

I blocchetti di HeraCeramPress e i pistoni monouso di Heravest non devono essere preriscaldati. • Riscaldare il cilindro a 850 °C (riscaldamento lineare o speed – secondo le istruzioni per l’uso del rivestimento usato).
