o n - b o a r d s n a p s h o t , a n d r e a d i n e s s c o d e s . T h i s m u s t b e
d o n e w i t h t h e H D S a f t e r r e p r o d u c i n g t h e D T C d u r i n g
t r o u b l e s h o o t i n g .
T h e P C M r e s e t c o m m a n d e r a s e s a l l s t o r e d D T C c o d e s ,
f r e e z e d a t a , o n - b o a r d s n a p s h o t , r e a d i n e s s c o d e s , a n d
a l l s p e c i f i c d a t a a b o u t t h e A C M s y s t e m .
DTC Clear
1. C l e a r t h e D T C w i t h t h e H D S w h i l e t h e e n g i n e is
s t o p p e d .
2. T u r n t h e i g n i t i o n s w i t c h t o L O C K (0).
3. T u r n t h e i g n i t i o n s w i t c h t o O N (II), a n d w a i t
3 0 s e c o n d s .
4. T u r n t h e i g n i t i o n s w i t c h t o L O C K (0), a n d
d i s c o n n e c t t h e H D S f r o m t h e D L C .
ACM Reset
1. R e s e t t h e A C M w i t h t h e H D S w h i l e t h e e n g i n e is
s t o p p e d .
2. T u r n t h e i g n i t i o n s w i t c h t o L O C K (0).
3. T u r n t h e i g n i t i o n s w i t c h t o O N (II), a n d w a i t
3 0 s e c o n d s .
4. T u r n t h e i g n i t i o n s w i t c h t o L O C K (0), a n d
d i s c o n n e c t t h e H D S f r o m t h e D L C .
