ensure the saw blade sharpener is disconnected from the mains supply.

4.12.1.
Remove the three screws from the grinding stone cover.
4.12.2.
Place the hex key through the hole in the side of the blade cover (and through the motor's shaft) to lock the shaft.
4.12.3.
Use the 17mm spanner to undo the nut.
note: Take care to note which washers/spacers hold on each type of grinding stone. The diamond coated grinding disc uses the thick,
black spacers, the optional ceramic disc uses the zinc coated washers each side.
4.12.4.
When fitting the ceramic disc refer to fig.3 to make sure the disc is fitted the correct way round.
4.12.5.
Tighten the nut, remove the hex key from the blade cover and refit the blade cover.

warning! Always disconnect the plug from the socket before carrying out any work on the machine.

ensure that the machine is always clean and dry. To clean use a dry or moist, but not wet, cloth. lubricate moving parts from time to
time.
do not use any strong or flammable cleaning agents.

The motor is maintenance free, make sure that all ventilation slots are free and left open to prevent the machine from over heating.

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids
according to local regulations.
