Step 6 Attach components to be used for PWB production on a component
supplying device such as a tape feeder.
Refer to the Operating Instructions of each component supplying device for how to
attach components on it.
Step 7 Install a tape feeder on the feeder bank.
Install a tape feeder at the fixing position (number) of the feeder bank according to the
feeder setup instructions (such as "Pick" data of the production program).

② Place the tape feeder on the feeder bank, and insert the X-axis reference pin into
the hole of the fixing plate while sliding the tape feeder horizontally (from the
front to the rear).
③ Check to see if the X-axis reference pin is inserted into the corresponding hole
straight, and push the release lever cap toward the main unit to fix the lock holder
on the lock shaft.

1. Slide the tape feeder
horizontally and attach
it on the feeder bank.

Example: This hole is the No. 3 on the front bank (No. 77
on the rear bank). Set the tape feeder so that
the X-axis reference pin can be inserted to the
hole below the specified number.
