Deleting all incoming messages
1.
Press
for 2 seconds. dL will blink on the display.
2.
Press
again to permanently delete all old and new messages
OR
press
to cancel the deletion.
Note : Deleted messages cannot be recovered.
Answering machine features

Call screening

The answering machine's speaker turns on when it answers a call. It allows you to hear the caller before you
pick up the call.
Press
to turn on or turn off the call screening feature during standby mode, On or OF is displayed on
the screen of the base station. You will hear a single beep when turning on call screening and a double beep
when turning off call screening.

Message alert

An alert tone sounds periodically when there is new message(s).
Press
to turn on or turn off the message alert feature during standby mode, On or OF is displayed on
the screen of the base station. You will hear a single beep when turning on message alert and a double beep
when turning off message alert.

Volume adjustment

You can adjust the volume for and during call screening and message playback.
Press
to increase/decrease the volume.

Ring delay

You can set the number of times the answering machine would ring before it answers the call. This only applies
when the answering machine is turned on.
You can set the number of rings from 2 rings to 7 rings or time saver.
When time saver is selected, the answering machine will ring four times if no new messages are recorded or
two times if there is a new message.
To change the ring delay setting,
1.
Press
on the handset.
2.
Select ANS MACHINE and press OK.
3.
Select RING DELAY and press OK. The current setting is displayed.
4.
Select the desired setting and press OK to confirm.
