Important: Assemble the Hand Blender properly before plugging it into the electrical outlet. Unplug the Hand Blender immediately after use, i.e. before unscrewing the stainless steel blending bar. Avoid touching the SHARP blades, especially when the Hand Blender is plugged in. Never immerse the motor unit in water. -

Using the Whisk You can use the whisk attachment to whip cream, egg whites, desserts, etc. Attach whisk to coupling unit. Attach Motor Unit to the Whisk. Plug Motor Unit into 120V AC outlet. Press and hold the power On/Off button and select desired speed. -
