ways

arm
the
system

When
the
main
unit is
set
to
"MANUAL".
the system
is
anmed
by
using the
remo
te
contro
l
transmitter.
This
is the factory
setting.
Manual Arming
• The system
can be armed with or
without
a confirmation "beep
"
depending on
which
remote mode
is
selected.

if a door or

closed

LOCK" button is pressed.

Exit
the

icle

close
all
the
doors an

trunk

hood

Press
the
LOCK button on
the remote
control
transmitter.
You
will
observe
the
following.

remote
control LED illuminates.

The
security
system
arms.
•
The
status
LED
flash
s
once
per
second.
•
Th
e pa
rking
li ghts flash
once.
•
The doors
will
lock",
•
Only when the
beep sound
mode is on, the
horn
or optional siren
produces

nd
once.

power
door
locks
