Vacuum cleaner won't start.
Poor pick-up performance
1.
Firmly plug in the power cable into the power supply, then
step on the ON/Off Switch.
2.
Connect the power cable to another power socket and
restart the cleaner.

Empty the dust bin.
2.
Clear airflow passages.
3.
Change/clean filters.
4.
Change/clean the brush bar roller.
5.
Check to ensure the detachable wand is inserted into the
hose connection.
