Note: Always keep the chopper inside the bowl before
feeding food.
Use the 'pulse' function several times to avoid cutting too
fine. Do not run for too long while cutting hard cheese or
chocolate, otherwise these materials will overheat and begin
to melt.
Standard chopping period: 30 - 60 sec.
Slicing and shredding blade assembly
Position the driver (7) on the motor base (9).
Position processing bowl (8) onto the driver (7) and turn
clockwise to seat firmly on the motor base (9).
Install desired blade (12), (13), (14), (15) or (16) onto the
disc holder (6).
Place the blade holder (6) onto the driver (7).
Place the cover (5) on the bowl (8).
Turn the cover (5) clockwise until cover locks on the
bowl.
Put food into the feeding chute.
Use the pusher (1) to push the food down for
processing.
Note: Choose the desired blade according to the processed
food and desired shape of food.
Push softly when feeding food.
Pre-cut the food into smaller pieces according to the
diameter of the feeding tube.
Feed gradually for better effect.
When cutting soft food, choose a lower speed to avoid the
food liquifying.
If large quantities of food need to be cut, please cut it for
several batches.
Kneading blade assembly
Position driver (7) on motor base (9).
Position processing bowl (8) onto the driver (7) and turn
clockwise to seat firmly on motor base (9).
Place kneading blade (21) onto the driver (7).
Place the cover (5) onto the bowl (8), turn clockwise until
the cover interlocks on the bowl.

Note: Always attach kneading blade in the bowl before
feeding in ingredients.
Standard kneading period: 20 sec.
Blender assembly
• Make sure the blender blade and transmission head are
fixed tightly to the base of blender jar (20).
Put required food into the jar (20).
Install blender measuring cup (18) and blender jar cover
(19) properly.
Put blender jar (20) onto the motor base (9) and rotate
the jar clockwise to lock it into place.
Grinder assembly
Put the motor base on a flat and dry surface.
Turn anticlockwise to remove the grinder base from the
grinder cup (22), put required ingredients into the cup,
then replace the the grinder base and turn clockwise to
secure them firmly.
Make sure that the switch is in "0" position.
Put the complete grinder assembly onto motor base (9),
turn clockwise to secure firmly.
Plug in the motor base and use pulse 'P' 1 - 2 times for
pre-grinding, then choose '1' or '2' speed for finished
grinding.
Cookery tips
Refrigerated ingredients, such as butter and eggs, should
be at room temperature before processing begins. Set
these ingredients out ahead of time.
To eliminate the possibility of egg shells in your recipe,
break eggs into separate container first, then add to the
mixture.
Be careful that you only mix/blend mixtures as
recommended in your recipe. Fold dry ingredients until
they are just combined using the low speed setting.
Climatic conditions, seasonal temperature changes,
temperature of ingredients and their texture all play a part
in the required mixing time and the results achieved.
Always start processing at lower speed. Gradually
increase to the recommended speed as stated in the
recipe.
