WARNING:
• As additional protection we recommend the installation of a
fault current protection device (FI / RCD) with a rated current
of not more than 30 mA in the wiring system of the bathroom.
Please contact an authorised electrician for advice.
• The nozzle gets hot during operation! Risk of burns!
• Please ensure that the inlet grille remains free of fluff and hairs.
Danger of fire!
• Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact
an authorized technician. If the supply cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental ca-
pabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by
children, unless they are supervised.
• This appliance is not intended to be immersed in water during
cleaning. Please observe the instructions that we have included
for you in the chapter "Cleaning".
Notes on Use
• Unwind the mains cable completely. Rotate the
handle down.
• If you wish to dry specific sections of your hair only,
attach the styling nozzle. That will concentrate the air
flow.
• In order to remove the nozzle, let the device cool
down. You can speed up that process by pressing the
button for approx. ½ minute during operation. You
may then simply remove the nozzle.

Electrical Connection
• Before inserting the plug into the socket, make sure
that the mains voltage to be used matches that
of the device. You can find this information on the
nameplate.
• Connect the appliance to a properly installed earthed
socket.
