Onion rings

3 large yellow onions
2 cups of beer (room temperature)
1 1/2 cups of flour
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil
1) Mix the flour and beer in a bowl and leave it
to stand for 3 hours covered at room tempera-
ture.
2) Add oil (suitable for frying) to the inner
bowl

and separate out the rings.
