Troubleshooting

Fault
The appliance is not
working.
The food does not
get hot.
No steam is gener-
ated during cooking.
The heat-up indicator
lamp is illuminating
and going out again
frequently.
If the malfunction cannot be corrected with the above suggestions, or if you have found some other
kind of malfunction, please contact our Customer Service.

Cause
The mains plug is not connected to the
mains power.
The mains power socket is defective.
The appliance is defective.
The wrong temperature level has been set.
The wrong temperature level has been set.
The water is used up.
This is not a defect. The appliance is main-
taining the set temperature level. To do this,
it has to heat up briefly every so often.
Solution
Insert the plug into a mains
power socket.
Use a different mains power socket.
In this case, contact the
ustomer Service.
Select a higher temperature level.
Select the temperature level 4.
Re-fill the appliance with water.
This is not a defect.
