module's sample gas
outlet.
Dispose of sample gas through an exhaust gas line
The exhaust gas line must be free of rapid pressure fluctuations. If this cannot be guaranteed,
implement one of these two measures:
● Install a special exhaust line.
● Install a damping vessel (> 1 l) with a downstream restrictor between the device and the
exhaust line (pneumatic low pass).
