Boundary check
Recheck the boundaries between the LED units.
1.
Turn on (p. 21) the units and display "50 %
White" in the internal test patterns (p. 38).
2.
From 5-meter away right in front of the LED
units, check if boundaries between the units are
not noticeable.
The standard gap width are 0.125 mm for 12NP
and 0.19 mm for 15NP. As a guidance, the
adjustment is not needed in most of the cases
if the gap is less than below.
12NP: 0.2 mm
15NP: 0.3 mm
The temperature of the LED units affect how the
boundaries look. Check it after displaying the
"50 % White" test pattern for 10 minutes or
longer.
3.
Compensate the edge brightness (p. 26) or
adjust the gaps (p. 43) between the LED units
according to the necessity.

Fixing to the wall and floor
To prevent the LED wall from falling due to
unpredictable events such as earthquakes or shocks,
fix them firmly to the back wall and the floor.
Furthermore, carefully confirm the strength of the
fixing areas (the back wall and the floor) of the
installation room. The fixing method differs
depending on the size of the LED wall and the
building structure. Prepare braces and anchors by
yourselves that suit the room structure.
