11.1 What to do if...

Problem
The oven does not heat
up.
The oven does not heat

Steam and condensation
settle on the food and in
the cavity of the oven.
There is water inside the
oven.
The indicator "Tank Full"

not work.
The steam cooking does
not work.
It takes more than three
minutes to empty the water
tank or the water leaks
from the steam inlet open‐
ing.
Possible cause
The oven is deactivated.
The clock is not set.
The necessary settings are
not set.
The fuse is blown.
The lamp is defective.
You left the dish in the
oven for too long.
There is too much water in
the tank.
There is not enough water
in the tank.
There is no water in the
tank.
There is no water in the
tank.
Lime obstructs the hole.
There are lime deposits in
the oven.
Remedy
Activate the oven.
Set the clock.
Make sure that the settings
are correct.
Make sure that the fuse is
the cause of the malfunc‐
tion. If the fuse is blown
again and again, contact a
qualified electrician.
Reset the clock.
Replace the lamp.
Do not leave the dishes in
the oven for longer than 15
- 20 minutes after the
cooking process ends.
Deactivate the oven and
wipe the water with a cloth
or sponge.
Fill the tank with water until
the indicator comes on. If
water starts to come out in‐
side the oven, and the indi‐
cator is still off, contact a
qualified service engineer.
Fill the tank. If the indicator
is still on, contact a quali‐
fied service engineer.
Fill the water tank.
Check the steam inlet
opening. Remove the lime.
Clean the water tank. Re‐
fer to "Cleaning the water
tank".
