The antenna ANT792-8DN was developed for outdoor use. It is, however, only

classified as IP 23 because there are ventilation openings in the housing. These
prevent high or low pressure from occurring in the housing as a result of direct
sunlight or fluctuating temperatures. They also allow any condensation to es-
cape. The ventilation openings have no influence on the electrical specifications
of the antenna.
