6.3.4.2 Checking GSM field strength
Before starting a data transfer via the modem, you must ensure that there is adequate reception field
strength.
Move the cursor to the "Serv." tab in the EK280's display, then to
Interfaces >"Terminal interface > GSM and GPRS > GSM.L
With the cursor over GSM.L, please press the EK280
60 seconds until the field strength percentage is displayed.

With a field strength below 50% data transfer issues may be encountered. Adjusting the antenna
position can improve field strength in most cases.
6.3.4.3 Retrieving data with enSuite
a) Opening the test time window for the following test retrievals with enSuite
If the communication link to the EK280 via the optical interface is not set up, it must be created. (see
chapter 3.1 "Setting up the communication link to the EK280 via optical interface
Select "Navigation" on the left-hand side of the enSuite window and then
