A multi position rotary switch selects the different
modes of operation.

modes of operation.
The rotary dial is used to switch the Energizer on and
off and to select the operating mode.

Switching the Energizer on starts operation in the
default mode or in whatever mode the Energizer last
operated in.

Operating modes are changed by momentarily rotating
the dial to the mode change position, then back to ON.
The first selection turns on the Display panel back light
and flashes the icon of the current operating mode.
During the mode selection the Energizer remains in
standby mode, indicated by the standby icon, and will
not operate.
Subsequent selections advance the Energizer to the next
operating mode. Holding the dial in the mode change
position automatically cycles through all the operating
modes.
Once a mode operating is selected, the Energizer starts
operating and the mode icon displays continuously.
