Manual allocation of AnalogPLUS devices (with address allocation)

Important Restrictions for the AnalogPLUS System:
G As soon as at least 1 device has been allocated after uploading, all devices present in the localization structure
must also be allocated.
G On completion of allocation, the configuration must always be downloaded to the control unit.
G If the system is extended using address allocation the address allocation of the element type 'output element
with confirmation' ('EL out 2') must be carried out manually.
