Battery not charging. Red light on charger but when I unplug battery light goes green

The Webb WEV20PHT battery may not be charging when the charger shows a red light due to one or more of the following reasons:

1. The charger is not plugged into a working outlet. Check the outlet by plugging in another device.
2. The battery is not properly inserted into the charger. Reinsert the battery until the green LED appears.
3. The surrounding air temperature is too hot or too cold. Move the charger and tool to an area with a temperature between 40°F (4.5°C) and 105°F (40.5°C).

If these steps do not fix the issue, contact your retailer.
