DVD Menu Options

Changing the Password

You need to enter your six-digit
password to play a prohibited disc or if
prompted for a password. The same
default password is used for both
Parental and Disc Lock.
A
In 'Preference Page', press
{ Password }, then press
{ Change }.
B
Press OK and the menu appears on the
TV screen.
Old Password
New Password
Confirm PWD
OK

Use the
alphanumeric keypad 0-9
enter the six-digit password.
When doing this for the fi rst time,
enter the default password '136900'.
If you forget your old six-digit password,
enter the default password '136900'.
D
Enter the new six-digit password.
E
Enter the new six-digit password a
second time to confi rm.
The new six-digit password will now
take effect.
F
Press OK to confi rm.
TIPS: The underlined option is the factory default setting.
Press to go back to previous menu item. Press SETUP to exit the menu item.

Setting the DivX
You can set the font type that supports
the recorded DivX

In 'Preference Page', press
{ DivX
{ Standard }
to select
Albanian, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish,
to select
French, Gaelic, German, Italian, Kurdish
(Latin), Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish
Swedish and Turkish.

Press OK to confi rm.

Restoring to the original settings

Setting the { Default } function will reset
all options and your personal settings to
the factory defaults, except your Parental
and Disc Lock.

In 'Preference Page', press
to
{ Default }, then press
{ Reset }.
B
Press OK to confi rm.
All settings will now reset to factory
defaults.
