Programme
The appliance is
not working.
The appliance
produces no steam.
The pump makes
unusually loud
noises.
A whitish edge
forms on the fl oor
when the appliance
stops briefl y during

Possible causes
The plug is not connected.
The "Steam" button r has
not been pressed.
There is no water in the
water tank 8.
The fi lter 7 is blocked.
No steam setting has
been selected.
There is no water in the
water tank 8.
Lime has collected.
Possible solutions
Connect the appliance to a
mains power socket.
Press the "Steam" button r.
Fill the water tank 8 with
tap water.
Change the fi lter 7.
Use the MODE button e to
select the desired level of steam.
Fill the water tank 8 with
tap water.
Wipe the limescale away with a
damp cloth. If necessary, add a
little descaler onto the cloth.
