The CP 1411 is designed for Plug and Play. For this reason, there are
no switches or jumpers on the module itself.
The Windows 98 operating system has Plug and Play capability and all
the hardware settings for the CP 1411 are made automatically.
The CP 1411 driver for Windows NT makes all the hardware settings
for the CP 1411 automatically when the PC/programming device is
booted.
The Windows 2000 operating system has Plug and Play capability and
all the hardware settings for the CP 1411 are made automatically.
With other operating systems that do not have Plug and Play capabil-
ity, for example DOS or Windows for Workgroups, the hardware set-
tings described below must be made using the AMINSTAL program.
This program is shipped on the installation diskette.
If you want to install drivers for the CP 1411 communications proces-
sor, these are located on the installation diskette.
