Warranty Information

Warranty Period

This limited warranty begins on the date the Product ships from the Company's facilities
and ends on the same day 12 months later. For replacement Products provided during a
warranty period, the remaining portion of the original warranty period shall apply to the
replacement Product.

Warranty Procedure

Many Product issues can be resolved remotely. If you purchased your Product from
a distributor, please contact your distributor for technical assistance, repair and
replacement assistance.
If you purchased the Product from Cook, before returning a Product to Cook for service
or repair, please contact Cook to speak with a service representative. If an issue cannot
be resolved remotely, Cook may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective Product
or component at customer's location or at a Cook-designated repair facility. If the repairs
will be made at a Cook-designated repair facility, purchaser is responsible for the cost of
shipping of the Product to Cook's designated repair facilities, and Cook will pay return
shipping back to the purchaser. Customer is responsible for appropriate packaging,
insurance and risk of damage during transit to Cook's designated repair facility.
Warranty does not guarantee repair response times.
