Using your armband
1 Insert your iPhone/iPod Touch into the
armband with the headphone jack
towards the bottom of the armband.

2 Insert the headphone jack into the
iPhone/iPod Touch, then use the cord
management feature.
3 Slide the armband strap through the
hole on the armband:
• Large arm: use the outer belt loop.
• Medium arm: use the inside belt loop.
• Small arm: see the double loop
process in the next column.
