Extension cords are available from local hardware stores and may be used if care is exercised in their use. If an extension cord is required, special care and caution is necessary.

    Electric Knife 1. Remove all packaging materials before using. 2. Unplug knife from outlet. 3. Attach the two blades together by inserting the knob on one blade into the keyhole slot on the other and sliding them together. With the protective sleeve on the blades, carefully grasp the blades, serrated side down, at the drip guards.
