4. Function
The PTI-610 is an electronic temperature display
in a "snap-in" installation housing to fit in a recess
28.5 x 70.5 mm, featuring:
•
Temperature display range –55 °C to + 99 °C.
•
Display resolution: 1 K.
5. Unpacking and handling
Before and when unpacking the device, make a
visual inspection to identify any possible damage
which may have occurred during transportation.
Please check for loose parts, dents, scratches,
etc.
Possible damage must be announced
immediately in writing, within 8 days at the latest
(see Delivery and Payment Terms § 7).
Before disposing the packaging, please check for
loose functional parts and information leaflets.
For processing warranty claims, please give an
exact description of the defect (possibly with a
photo) and state the model designation of the
device.
Keep these operating instructions at the place of
application.

6. Installation and start-up
6.1 Mechanical installation
Snap-in housings:
Insert device in a recess of 28.5 x 70.5 mm
and fasten using the appropriate mounting
frame.
Sensor:
•
Fasten room sensor T1 at suitable position by
means of a cable grip.
