  • Page 5 Assembly Instructions Carefully take your scooter out of the box. Assemble the Handle Bar. Remove the bolt from the base of the Handle Bar and position the top part of the Handle Bar on to the base and tighten the bolt. Lift Handle Bar into upright position and tighten star screw.
