LIST OF DEFECTS THAT COMPRO-
MISE SAFETY
If you believe that your vehicle has a de-
fect that could cause accidents or death,
you must immediately inform the National
Highway Traffic Safety Administration
(NHTSA), a section of the U.S. Depart-
ment of Transportation.
After receiving information about such
defects the NHTSA may open an inves-
tigation to discover if there is a group of
defective vehicles on the market. At that
point, they may initiate an informational
campaign to recall said vehicles from the
market. In any case, neither the NHTSA
nor the Department of Transportation will
be involved in personal issues between
the consumer and the maker,
It is possible to obtain additional informa-
tion by telephoning the appropriate num-
ber.
Reporting of defects that
affect safety
Except where specified in this Use and
Maintenance Manual, do not disassem-

Si l'on considère que le véhicule présente
un défaut qui pourrait causer des acci-
dents ou la mort, il est nécessaire d'infor-
mer immédiatement la National Highway
Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA),
un service du département américain des
Transports.
Après avoir reçu les informations sur les
défauts présumés, la NHTSA pourra ou-
vrir une enquête pour découvrir si un
groupe de véhicules défectueux est pré-
sent dans le marché. Le cas échéant, elle
pourra initier une campagne d'informa-
tion et retirer les véhicules du marché.
Cependant, ni la NHTSA, ni le départe-
ment des Transports ne seront impliqués
dans des questions personnelles concer-
nant le consommateur et le fabricant.
Il est possible d'obtenir plus d'informa-
tions en appelant au numéro correspon-
dant.
Communication des défauts

ce manuel d'utilisation et d'entretien, ne
démonter aucun composant mécanique
ou électrique.
