7.10.3 To assemble the crankshaft and crankcase
1. Use a snap ring pliers to attach the snap ring to the
crankcase half on the flywheel side.
2. Put the bearings in the crankcase halves. Carefully
tap on the bearing removal tool with a rubber
hammer until the bearings are in position. Make sure
that the bearings are against the snap ring on the
flywheel side.

3. Put the seal ring in the crankcase half on the
flywheel side. The seal ring on the flywheel side
must be 5 mm below the edge of the bearing.
4. Put the crankshaft in the crankcase half on the
flywheel side. Lubricate the stub axle with some oil
and carefully move the crankshaft into the bearing.
