12. Recycling and disposal

Old devices may not be disposed of
with normal household rubbish. In ac-
cordance with Directive 2012/19/
EU, the device must be properly disposed of at
the end of its service life.
This involves separating the materials in the de-
vices for the purpose of recycling and minimis-
ing the environmental impact.
Take old devices to a collection point for electri-
cal scrap or a recycling centre.

your local authority for more information on this
subject.

the end of its service life, do not dispose of the
