    To determine if your engine has a spark arrester, locate the muffler on your engine. For example, the muffler discharge will have a spark arrester cover that reads “Tecumseh Screen Type 36085”. If your engine does not have a spark arrester, you may purchase one from your Authorized Tecumseh Servicing Dealer.

    4. Repair or replacement of any warranted, emissions- related part under this ECS Warranty shall be performed at no charge to the owner at a Tecumseh Authorized Service Outlet. The emission Regulations may be different for your country. The emissions Control Warranty Statement is only applicable to engines with an emissions compliance statement and decal that references “Emissions Regulations”.
