Judges the measurement value when the upper/lower limit values are set.
Switches the state of laser between emission and stop.

Stops buffering operation automatically.
Sets the buffering mode.
Selects the output data to be accumulated.
Loads data to be accumulated for a long time by being longer of the accumulation time interval.
Sets the accumulation amount of data.
Sets the conditions of trigger generation.
Delays the timing of data accumulation after trigger generation.
The data accumulation before trigger generation is displayed.
Sets the accumulation amount of data for each trigger generation.
Checks the status of accumulation operation.
Reads the accumulation amount of data.
Reads out the number of generated triggers.
Detects an interruption of the external power supply.
Loads the received light intensity waveform to the buffer memory of the control module.
Sets the parameters of the laser displacement sensor just by selecting the recipe (setting value of each function)
corresponding to the measurement object.
