The format can be selected automatically when the source is one of the two Euro-AV sockets AV1 or AV2. If the standby light is on, select the programme required by the remote control or the PR–/+ buttons on the front of the set. television set connections VIDEO RECORDER CONNECTIONS VIA THE AERIAL SOCKET To tune your TV into your VCR you should refer to Manual Programming (page 25). The channel number (usually 36 or 60) is given in the manual of your VCR. The programme selected for your VCR must be 9, 19 or 29. - Page 20 television set connections Your television set selects and automatically displays in the menu the type of signal for the equipment connected. During the copying of the tape, you can watch the station you are copying.
