Product Overview

The TDK PBA-2030 Precision Biconical Antenna is
a new generation biconical dipole that covers the
operating frequency range of 20 MHz to 300
MHz. The PBA-2030 offers an unprecedented
combination of power handling, balance, and
pattern control, which makes it an excellent choice
for both immunity and emissions measurements.

radiated immunity testing, the PBA-2030 is a highly
efficient radiator with a low VSWR (<2.5:1 aver-
age). The PBA-2030's moderate power handling
capability (300W CW) accommodates the major-
ity of IEC 1000-4-3 immunity test applications. For
emissions testing, the PBA-2030's improved balun
provides superior patterns and balance, while the
internal choke effectively provides immunity to ex-
ternally induced imbalance.
