Insert the plastic opening tool in the seam of the
phone's unit and rear case. Release the plastic clips
that secure it around the perimeter of the phone.
You can now remove the rear portion of the phone's
case.

The phone's rear speaker is housed in the back
portion of the phone's case. Use the spudger and
pry up to release the securing adhesive. You can
now remove the rear speaker from the Motorola
Droid Razr.
• The metal frame helping secure the motherboard
into the phone is held in place with three T5 torx
screws. Use the T5 torx screwdriver to remove
these screws.
