The appliance does not work

Possible cause
The plug is not plugged into the mains
Power cut
The circuit breaker is faulty
The appliance door is not fully closed
The appliance is not switched off
Power failure
Top/bottom heating gentle mode is active
The bulb is faulty
Thermostat faulty.
This is normal and results from differences in temper-
ature.
The childproof lock is activated.
The appliance door remains locked until the cooking
compartment has cooled down.

Possible cause
Temperature sensor failed.
The temperature in the cooking compartment is too
high.
Door locking mechanism incorrectly activated.
Fan heating element faulty or not connected.

Notes/remedy
Connect the appliance to the power supply
Check whether other kitchen appliances are working
Check in the fuse box to make sure that the fuse for
the appliance is OK
Close the appliance door
Switch the appliance off and back on again
Reset the clock.
In top/bottom heating gentle mode, the interior light-
ing is not switched on.
Replace the bulb.
Call the after-sales service.
Heat the appliance up to 100 °C and then switch it
back off after 5 minutes.
Press and hold the c1 touch button until the
