Procedure
Step 1. Installing the Adapter (EA) Assembly to the
Projector
1. Remove the REEL ARM or platter guide roller of the
supply reel side from the projector.
2. Attach the two Guide ASSY (EA) 1 to the adapter
(EA) using the two hexagonal cap screws (M4 x 8)
1, two washers (W4), and two spring washers (SW4).
3. Place the two spacers (EA) between the adapter (EA)
and projector, and tentatively secure it with the two
hexagonal cap screws (3/8) 2, two wave washers
(10), and two washers (W10).

The installing position of the adapter (EA) and spacer
(EA) differs according to the projector. (See the figure
below.)
4. Attach the path adjustment tool tentatively to the
adapter (EA) with the two hexagon cap screws (M4 x
12) 3, two washers (W4) and two spring washers
(SW4) at the position shown in the figure.
5. Put a film on the path adjustment tool (roller) from the
projector, and adjust the attaching position of the path
adjustment tool so that the film is smoothly fed onto
the projector.
6. After the adjustment has been completed, tighten the
two hexagon cap screws (M4 x 12) 3.
7. Put a film on the path adjustment tool (roller) from the
projector, and adjust the attaching position of the
adapter (EA) so that the film is smoothly fed onto the
projector.
Especially adjust so that the tension on both edges of
the film is even.
8. After the adjustment has been completed, tighten the
two hexagon cap screws (3/8) 2.
9. Remove the film from the path adjustment tool.
10. Remove the path adjustment tool from the adapter
(EA).
