AIR CLEANER SERVICE

1.Push the latch tabs and open the air cleaner cover.
2.Free the hooks from the setting pins on the air cleaner case and
remove the air cleaner cover to the right side of the frame pipe,
taking care not to damage the air cleaner cover.
3.Remove the air filter from the air cleaner case.
4.Check the air filter to be sure it is clean and in good condition.
If the air filter is dirty, clean it as described on page 41.
Replace the air filter if it is damaged.
