3. SYSTEM CONFIGURATION UTILITY
- Choose the option Show Configuration,
which will display the configuration data
you started with.
- Choose the opti on Set Configuration to
reset the configuration of your system. If
you choose this option, you return to Set
Configuration, above, and follow the
instructions.
Do not continue with the
following steps.

A prompt appears on the screen, asking you to
confirm your selection.
Please confirm that you want your workstation
reconfigured with
the options you have
selected. [YIN]
• Type Y to confirm and record your new
configuration, or type N to abort.
A message appears indicating that the
hardware configuration has been completed.
A table shows the current configuration
(which has been replaced) along with the
new configuration (which you have just
recorded on your processor). Go to step 3,
below .
• Type N to abort. Follow the information in
the note in step 1, above.

key to
retu rn
to the System
Configuration Utility menu.
Note:
You
may
now
choose
the
Show
Configuration opti on to see that the new
configuration data is shown. If you have to
correct
any
errors,
choose
the
Set
Configuration option again.
Your system configuration data should now reflect
the actual system configuration you have. If you
installed the utility from a floppy disk, remove the
disk from the floppy disk drive. Press the B Reset
button on the processor front panel and proceed to
run system checkout (see Chapter 4, New System
Checkout).
