- Page 4 INSTRUCTIONS Please refer to the directions below for inserting and removing the humidifier motor assembly. Unit may make vibrating noise if motor assembly is not placed properly on humidifier water reservoir. To remove motor assembly from water reservoir lift motor assembly directly upwards from water reservoir.
- Page 5 6. If humidifier does not start immediately, make sure humidifier is plugged in. If a wet area forms around your humidifier, the room air is at maximum humidity; unplug and empty your humidifier. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other).
- Page 6 WEEKLY CLEANING: (Always Clean Humidifier Before Storing). 1. Disconnect the humidifier and remove top of unit. 2. Fill the container with one gallon water and l/4 cup household bleach. Seal humidifier opening with a soft cloth to prevent moisture from escaping.
- Page 7 The glow will then diminish, but still remain at a level noticeable to the human eye. Our safety thermostat motors automatically turn off if any overheating occurs. There is no changing of fuses with a Sunbeam humidifier. If overheating occurs just unplug the unit from outlet for a short period of time, plug back into outlet and resume operation of humidifier.
