POSSIBLE CAUSE
The coffee brewing unit has
not adjusted correctly and

WHAT TO DO
Ensure that when the hopper is
moved to the pre-ground coffee
position that prior to adding the
coffee you have waited for
the programmed mechanical
adjustment of the brewing unit.
After the machine has been used

towel or cloth to dry the pre-ground
