20) Affix the LED Label.
21) Close the Right Rear Cover 1.
22) Return the Left Rear Cover to its original position, and secure the Reader Communication
Cable and the Reader Power Supply Cable in place using the Wire Saddles.
23) Connect the power plug to the outlet.
24) Turn ON the main power switch.
