    4 2 4 F S S I T E P R E P A R AT I O N The Sub-Zero Model 424FS wine storage unit is designed to be attractive in a stand alone setting. It can also be slid into surrounding cabinetry with clearance dimensions slightly different than the standard built-in Model 424.

  • Page 9 The overlay Model 424/O is designed to accept a decorative door panel to match surrounding cabinetry. The door panel and the handle will be provided by the customer.

  • Page 15 IMPORTANT NOTE: When two Model 427, 427R or Integrated units are installed closer than 2" (51) to one another, it is necessary to use the Sub-Zero dual installation heater kit. Contact your Sub-Zero dealer or call 800-222-7820 for the proper components and additional instructions.

  • Page 29 With the door panel in position, replace the handle. This is an extended version of the standard Sub-Zero handle, so no routing of the door panel should be required for proper finger clearance. Be sure the panel is inserted completely into the channels for proper fit and alignment.
