Set the Test/Normal switch to Test.
2.
While looking at the display, alternately switch between Monocase and Dualcase
(A/A,a) several times.
3.
Do the characters change from all uppercase to uppercase and lowercase?
YES
Invoke your support structure.
NO
Replace the logic board.
Go to 3.2, "logic Unit" an page 3-2.
