A likely cause of the Stiga ST 210 engine starting fine when cold but choking and dying after about half a minute could be an issue with the manual choke. If the choke is not opened after starting, the engine may receive too much fuel, causing it to stall once it warms up. Another possible cause could be a clogged fuel system or carburetor, restricting proper fuel flow as the engine runs.
