03-770 IOT PWB Software Reset RAP

03-770 This fault code in the fault history file indicates that the IOT PWB has been reset due to
a software fault.
Procedure
This code records an event in the fault history file, but does not prevent the machine operating
normally.
Status Indicator RAPs
03-770, 03-777
03-777 Power Loss Detected RAP
03-777 This fault code in the fault history file indicates that the system has previously detected
a power input loss.
Procedure
1.
Check with the customer that the AC mains (line) input power supply is not experiencing
interruptions.
2.
Check with the customer that the machine does not share a power supply with any other
equipment. Sharing a power supply may cause the safety over current device to switch off
the electricity to the machine. This would cause a 03-777 fault. If possible, ensure the
machine is connected to a dedicated power supply.
3.
Go to the 01C AC Power RAP and check the power input circuit and its connectors.
4.
Check the fault history file for other 03-xxx fault codes. If the 03-xxx fault codes occur ran-
domly, the cause may be due to electrical noise. Go to the OF10 intermittent Failure RAP.
