Problem

until lights turn off.
• When unit beeps, you can
restart your brewing/
cleaning cycle.
• Open lid and close it
again.
• Press any of the brew size
buttons.
• Perform the above
procedure.
• If doing this does not solve
the problem, first try
resetting the unit by
unplugging it, wait
5 seconds, plug in
and retry.
• If this does not solve the
problem after about
3 resets, unit needs to be
serviced by the
manufacturer. Please call
1-800-231-9786.

event, please unplug unit,
let it cool for 30 min. and
retry with a fresh pod and
empty cup.

• If there is still no power
to the unit please call

• Press the STOP button,
wait until you hear
3 beeps and unit turns.
• Open the lid.
• Remove and wash the pod
holder and splashguard.
• Throw away the coffee
pod.
• Open the lid and wipe off
the water holes on the
underside of the lid.
• Reinsert splashguard.
• Perform a "Cleaning" cycle
as instructed in this
manual.
• Reinsert pod holder and
a fresh coffee pod.
Note: Make sure there is
water in the reservoir and
resume brewing.
