Press the INS button.
This inserts the new key frame (key frame 2) after key frame 1.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 as necessary, until the required number of key frames
are created.

Inserting a key frame
Use the following procedure to insert a key frame in an existing effect.

Press the EDIT ENBL button, turning it on.

Stop the effect at the required edit point.

Create the key frame to be inserted.

Press the INS button.
When the edit point is on a key frame, to insert the new key frame
before, hold down the SHIFT button while pressing the INS button.
This inserts the new key frame.
When you insert a new key frame, the total effect duration may change.

Frames" (page 8-17).
