Removing the SIM card
Note
Pulling the SIM card
Do not remove the SIM card while the device is operating. First shut the RTU down to the
safe status, refer to the section Operating status (Page 103).
Remove the SIM card as described above.
Inserting an SD card
If you use an SD card (optional), make sure that it is correctly formatted.. For information on
formatting refer to the section SD card / using and formatting SMC (Page 55).
Before inserting the SD card make sure that the power supply is turned off.
Insert the card in the slot "MC " until it locks gently in place. Make sure that the card is in
the correct position.

With slight pressure on an inserted card, you release this again from the locking mechanism
in the slot.

you start to install the RTU.
